| Health Care |

A productive workforce is made up of
healthy individuals and all our employees and their families,
receive free medical attention at the Picacho Clinic. |

| |
The Clinic is staffed fulltime by a registered
Internist / gynecologist, nurse, and secretary. |
| |
|
| |
Patients with illnesses too serious to
be treated at the clinic are referred to the Salvadorean Social
Security Program, and its many hospitals throughout the country. |

| Child Care and Education |
|
|
|
| |
While their parents work, the children
of Picacho’s employees can study and play in the safety
of an enclosed and properly supervised facility. |
|

| |
Our School, provides schooling to approximately
450 children, between the ages of 5 and 17. |
| |
|
| |
Our day care, which is supervised by
trainded nannies, is open to infants, toddlers & preschoolers
from 1 to 4 years of age. |

| |
The school & day care is open not
only to Picacho employees but also to the entire community
and all services are completely free of charge. |

|
| |
Our School, is sactioned by the Ministry
of Education of El Salvador, which contributes with 9 teachers.The
remainder ofthe operating expenses are paid for by Picacho. |

| Association
of Employees |
|

| |
The Association of employees was established
with an initial contribution from Picacho, and currently is
a profit center owned by the workers. |

| |
This entity operates a savings and loan program,
a convenience / discount store, and a bakery. |
| |
|
| |
The profits generated by these activities are
distributed annually to the employees, on the basis proportional
to the share of equity, that each one has contributed in the
course of the year. |

| Cafeteria |
|
|
|
| |
Cafeteria services are outsourced to 2 different
companies, and employees are free to choose. |
 |

|
| |
Prices are subsidized by Picacho. |
| |

| |
The cafeteria accommodates up to 300 people
per shift in a clean and relaxing environment. |

| Sports Programs
& Facilities |

| |
Picacho offers its employees a diversity of
sports activities, both intramural and intercompany. |

Our facilities include a volleyball court, a
basketball court, a soccer field and a softball field. |

We believe that our sports tournaments &
activities provide abundant opportunities for recreation, and
for a social and healthy interaction between the workforce and
the management of our company. |
