Picacho
was established in 1992 with a vision to become a regional
leader in the manufacturing of quality dress shirts.We strongly
believe we have succeeded within that vision and dress shirts
continue to be our specialty as well as our most demanded
product, but in recent years, due to our customers’
demands, we have also become proficient in the production
of sport & uniform shirts, as well as woven boxer shorts,
lounge pants, and casual pants.Our mission is to produce high
quality garments on time with exceptional service, trying
to excede our customer's expectations, while providing a healthy
working environment for our employees, our most valued asset,
which in turn encourages and motivates them to perform and
to be successful, thus providing them with an opportunity
to improve the quality of life for themselves as well as their
families. |

We
specialize in the manufacturing of Dress, Sport & Uniform shirts. By customer demand, we also manufacture
high quality woven boxer shorts, pajamas, lounge pants, and
casual pants. Programs offered include Full Package, Cut Make
& Trim (CMT) and Cut & Make (CM).We offer value to
our customers by having the ability to adapt quickly to market
demands, offering flexibility in our production programs,
thus allowing service and value added to be tailored to each

Picacho
is formally certified by JCPenney, Wal*Mart, Kohl’s,
Target, Wilk International, PVH, Capital Mercury and LL Bean.
Quality is the key to our excellent reputation. We have a
formal Statistical Quality Control in place (SQC) where: |
- We inspect fabric using the 4 points system
- Cutting Room at 1.5 AQL
- Sewing Room is at 1.5 AQL in line and 2.5 AQL at Final
Audit
- ASTM Seam Performance Evaluation
- P & L Audit =1 AQL
- All quality auditors are properly trained and DO NOT
have production responsibilities
